塑料蓋注塑模設計
摘要:本設計題目為塑料蓋注塑模設計，體現(xiàn)了深薄壁類塑料零件的設計要求、內(nèi)容及方向，有一定的設計意義。通過對該零件模具的設計，進一步加強了設計者注塑模設計的基礎知識，為設計更復雜的注塑模具做好了鋪墊和吸取了更深刻的經(jīng)驗
本設計運用塑料成型工藝及模具設計的基礎知識，首先分析了塑件的成分及性能要求，為選取澆口的類型做好了準備；然后估算了塑件的體積，便于選取注塑機及確定型腔數(shù)量；最后分析了塑件的特征，確定模具的設計參數(shù)、設計要點及推出裝置的選取
本塑件的側環(huán)與開模方向不一致，所以在脫模時必須考慮設計一個能在開模時隨著開模過程的進行使塑件和側型芯滑塊脫離的裝置。本副模具的設計中，在定模座板安裝了斜導柱，在開模時隨著動模向后移動，側型芯滑塊在斜導柱的作用下分別向兩側移動脫離了塑件。這種機構脫?？煽?，設計方便且在模具中占用空間較小，非常適合在本副模具中使用

Plastic Canopy Injection Mold Design
Abstract:The requirement ，content and direction of the design of the deep thin wall plastic parts are embodied on this injection mould design of the plastic parts of plastic cap. The designer’s foundation knowledge of the injection mould design is reinforced and is able to design more complex injection mould through the design.
Through the foundation knowledge, firstly, the composion and the perfourmance of thr part is analyzed to choose the type of the gat advantagely. Secondly, the volume of the part is estimated to choose the injection molding machine and to detemine the mould quantity conveniencely. Lastly the character of the part is analyzed to determine the mould design parameter and design point and choose the ejection assembly.
The plastic parts’s side hoop is different from die sinking, so must design a installing
which can make moving core holder divorce from plastic parts when mould release.
The design of the mould , angle pin fix on the angle pin clamp plate.The angle pin
make moving core holde divorce from plastic parts when moving die move back.The
organizationg of mould unloading is credibility ,convenience and take small position,which
is suit to use in the mould.
