摘 要
21世紀的今天,以信息科技為重要標志的高新科技革命的飛速發(fā)展,正在改變著世界的面貌和人類的生活方式,推動著知識經(jīng)濟的到來。隨著高新科技同機械行業(yè)的結(jié)合,現(xiàn)代機電產(chǎn)品不再是單純的機械構(gòu)件,而是由機械、電子、計算機等有機結(jié)合的所謂的“機電信息一體化”產(chǎn)品。
現(xiàn)代機電工程就是機械工程科技與信息科技等現(xiàn)代科技的緊密結(jié)合,然而,既是機電專業(yè)而不是別的專業(yè),自己專業(yè)的基礎、自己專業(yè)的實踐是絲毫不能忽視的?!熬艑又_,起于壘土”,“千里之行,始于足下”,離開了實踐,一切將會成為空洞的,機電專業(yè)就更是如此。
近十多年年來,液壓傳動在防漏、治污、降噪、節(jié)能和材質(zhì)研究等各個方面都有長足的進步,它和電子技術(shù)的結(jié)合也由拼裝、混合到整合,步步深入。時至今日,在盡可能小的空間內(nèi)傳出盡可能大的功率并加以精確控制這一點上,液壓傳動已穩(wěn)居各種傳動方式之首,無可替代。這種情況使液壓傳動的元件類型、油路結(jié)構(gòu)、系統(tǒng)設計和制作工藝等都發(fā)生了深刻的變化,也改變了人們對它進行認識、分析和綜合的方式方法。
軸向柱塞泵泵體是ZB40柱塞泵的關(guān)鍵零件之一。單件,小批量生產(chǎn)沿用普通機床加工,生產(chǎn)效率低,勞動強度大,質(zhì)量不穩(wěn)定。想要達到年產(chǎn)量1萬臺/年,同時提高生產(chǎn)率、降低勞動強度、保證生產(chǎn)質(zhì)量就必須得采用專門的生產(chǎn)流水線來實現(xiàn)。本次設計主要是用液壓系統(tǒng)來實現(xiàn)流水線生產(chǎn)加工過程的部份自動化。因此,在的設計過程中我決不能馬虎,要認真的完成每一個步驟。
