500開(kāi)坯線材軋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì),線材,軋機(jī),設(shè)計(jì) 鞍山科技大學(xué)本科生畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì) 第II頁(yè) 500開(kāi)坯線材軋機(jī)設(shè)計(jì) 摘 要 線材的用途很廣，在國(guó)民經(jīng)濟(jì)各個(gè)部門(mén)中，線材占有重要地位。據(jù)有關(guān)資料統(tǒng)計(jì)，各國(guó)線材產(chǎn)量占全部熱軋總量的5.3～15.3﹪。近年來(lái)，對(duì)線材性能及表面質(zhì)量的要求越來(lái)越高。尤其是對(duì)線材化學(xué)成分，機(jī)械性能，晶粒組織及晶粒粒度都要做檢驗(yàn)，符合標(biāo)準(zhǔn)方可出廠。所以，對(duì)線材的苛刻要求決定了新軋機(jī)及相關(guān)新技術(shù)的飛速發(fā)展。 本次設(shè)計(jì)是對(duì)線材生產(chǎn)中的粗軋機(jī)（開(kāi)坯機(jī)）部分進(jìn)行設(shè)計(jì)。首先，根據(jù)軋制工藝對(duì)軋輥基本尺寸進(jìn)行了設(shè)計(jì)，然后又根據(jù)軋制力矩選擇了電機(jī)。在主傳動(dòng)系統(tǒng)中，對(duì)軋輥進(jìn)行了受力分析和必要的強(qiáng)度校核，對(duì)機(jī)架也做了相應(yīng)的校核。在設(shè)備改進(jìn)方面，對(duì)H架進(jìn)行了改進(jìn)，改善了它的受力情況,提高了使用壽命。 通過(guò)本次設(shè)計(jì)使我對(duì)冶金機(jī)械的設(shè)計(jì)有了新的認(rèn)識(shí)。但是，這其中還有很多的不足需要改進(jìn)。能夠完成本次設(shè)計(jì)離不開(kāi)學(xué)院老師的支持，在此僅代表個(gè)人對(duì)提供幫助的老師表示衷心的感謝。 關(guān)鍵詞：線材生產(chǎn)，開(kāi)坯機(jī)，主傳動(dòng) A Design of 500 Wire rod Rolling Mill Abstract As the use of wire rod is very broad, In every department of national economy, Wire rod possess important position. According to relevant information statistics, The countries output of wire rod take amount of the completely hot-roll products 5.3 ～ 15.3 ﹪. In recent years, For the requirement of the surface quality and performance of wire rod, it is more and more higher.So many parameters to be inspected, especially for the chemical composition ,mechanical performance, Crystal microscopic organizes and Crystal microscopic size of wire rod, accord with standard side can be sold out. So new rolling mill and related new technology should be developed fast for the harsh requirement of wire rod. My design is aim to design for wire rod boil Pei rolling mill.First, According to rolling technology , the basic size of roll is designed , and then have selected motor according to rolling force.In main drive system, the strength of roll is also analysed, including the forces given to the rolls. The strength of the frame be analysed clearly.In the aspect of equipment improvments,H-bridle is an episode. During this span of over four months,new conception of machinical design have been improved.But several shortcomings also exist.
