摘 要
本設(shè)計針對手柄座的生產(chǎn)技術(shù)特點,綜述了制造技術(shù)及其裝備的主要問題,重點分析介紹工藝流程、工藝基準的關(guān)鍵作用,變形對加工精度的影響,檢測技術(shù)配套及手柄座的工作環(huán)境和受力情況等關(guān)鍵問題的設(shè)計說明。
及其手柄座的機加工工藝流程和在加工過程中的專用夾具設(shè)計。通過設(shè)計使我們更進一步熟悉了產(chǎn)品加工設(shè)計的全過程，在制定加工方案的時候，充分考慮其經(jīng)濟性和可行性。

ABSTRACT
