摘 要
該設(shè)計的對稱傳動剪板機，其沖剪力為10噸，滑塊的行程為22mm，每分鐘剪切30次。由電動機提供動力，經(jīng)過一級帶傳動和一級齒輪傳動減速。設(shè)計中采用的執(zhí)行機構(gòu)為對心曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)，這一機構(gòu)將剪板機傳動系統(tǒng)的旋轉(zhuǎn)運動轉(zhuǎn)變?yōu)榛瑝K的往復直線運動，實現(xiàn)對板料的剪切。曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單、加工容易、維修方便、經(jīng)濟實用的優(yōu)點，在機械設(shè)備中應用廣泛。本設(shè)計中，通過對平面曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的數(shù)學建模，用Turbor C編程，輸入曲柄滑塊機構(gòu)的機構(gòu)參數(shù)和運功參數(shù)，實現(xiàn)對整個機構(gòu)運動過程的仿真。
