摘 要
本文簡要介紹了機(jī)器人的概念,機(jī)械手的組成和分類,機(jī)械手的自由度和坐標(biāo)形式,氣動技術(shù)的特點(diǎn),PLC控制的特點(diǎn)及國內(nèi)外的發(fā)展?fàn)顩r。
本文對機(jī)械手進(jìn)行總體方案設(shè)計(jì),確定了機(jī)械手的坐標(biāo)形式和自由度,確定了機(jī)械手的技術(shù)參數(shù)。同時,計(jì)算并設(shè)計(jì)出了回轉(zhuǎn)氣缸、伸縮手臂的機(jī)械機(jī)構(gòu)。
設(shè)計(jì)出了機(jī)械手的氣動系統(tǒng),繪制了機(jī)械手氣壓系統(tǒng)工作原理圖,對氣壓系統(tǒng)工作原理圖的參數(shù)化繪制進(jìn)行了研究,大大提高了繪圖效率和圖紙質(zhì)量。
利用可編程序控制器對機(jī)械手進(jìn)行控制,根據(jù)機(jī)械手的工作流程制定了可編程序控制器的控制方案,設(shè)計(jì)出了人工移動式(無動力)點(diǎn)位示教控制軟件,并畫出了機(jī)械手的工作時序圖,并繪制了可編程序控制器的控制程序。
