摘要
液壓千斤頂又稱油壓千斤頂,是一種采用活塞或液壓缸作為剛性頂舉件的千斤頂。 簡(jiǎn)單起重設(shè)備一般只備有起升機(jī)構(gòu),用以起升重物。構(gòu)造簡(jiǎn)單、重量輕、便于攜帶,移動(dòng)方便。廣泛應(yīng)用于建筑、橋梁、公路鐵路建設(shè)、汽車維修、船舶維修等部門。
液壓千斤頂是典型的利用液壓傳動(dòng)來工作的設(shè)備。液壓傳動(dòng)是利用液體作為工作介質(zhì)來傳遞能量和進(jìn)行控制的傳動(dòng)方式,液壓傳動(dòng)是根據(jù)17世紀(jì)帕斯卡提出的液體靜壓力傳動(dòng)原理發(fā)展起來的一門新技術(shù)是工農(nóng)業(yè)中廣為引用的技術(shù)。通過手動(dòng)泵將油箱中的液壓油通過管閥送到液壓缸的底部來頂起活塞舉升重物。其將液壓能轉(zhuǎn)化成機(jī)械能,利用了密閉容器中止?jié)L體的壓力以同樣大小向四周傳遞的特性,具有輸出推力大的有點(diǎn)。
