摘 要
本文闡述了目前國內(nèi)油菜收割的現(xiàn)狀，指出了國內(nèi)油菜聯(lián)合收割機研究的成績和存在的問題，并對油菜收割技術(shù)的前景做了展望。通過動力學原理來設(shè)計作為清選裝置的振動篩，采用雙風扇配合振動篩將油菜從雜物中分離，并對清糧的原理進行了論證。根據(jù)經(jīng)驗選擇了加密圓孔篩作為篩面。參考實驗?zāi)Ｐ筒ζ鋫鲃臃桨高M行了改良，使傳動更加有效、合理。著重對油菜聯(lián)合收割機進行了設(shè)計計算。對軸的設(shè)計是根據(jù)彎扭組合強度來進 行設(shè)計校核的，在保證強度的條件下盡量節(jié)省材料。軸承和帶輪的設(shè)計和校核嚴格根據(jù)機械設(shè)計手冊進行，強度和壽命都達到滿足實際生產(chǎn)生活的要求。其他零件非標準見參考實驗機型的設(shè)計，標準件則根據(jù)設(shè)計手冊進行設(shè)計，滿足了油菜聯(lián)合收割機對振動篩部分的設(shè)計。
