摘要
隨著國民經濟的快速發(fā)展,我國的印染業(yè)也進入了高速發(fā)展期,設備和技術水平明顯提升,生產工藝和設備不斷更新?lián)Q代,印染企業(yè)尤其是民營印染企業(yè)發(fā)展十分迅速。但是,印染行業(yè)生產過程中排放的“三廢”,尤其是廢水治理不當將會對環(huán)境造成嚴重污染。
本設計是關于3000噸/天的印染廢水的處理工程,該廢水處理后的出水指標按廣東省地方標準《水污染物排放限值》(DB44/26-2001)標準執(zhí)行。
對于印染廢水的處理工藝,要求在高效節(jié)能,簡便易行和經濟效益等各方面進行考慮。經過對各種處理工藝進行分析比較后,最終選擇工藝是先通過混凝沉淀反應去除大量的懸浮物和色度,然后進入接觸氧化池,經過充足的曝氣,由好氧微生物將廢水中的有機物降解至既定的濃度,再經過二沉池進行沉淀后達標排放。經過該工藝,CODcr處理效率達到90.4%。BOD5處理效率達到94.7%,SS處理效率達到93.5%,色度處理效率達到95.9%。

Abstract
Along with the fast development of the national economy, the printing and dyeing industry of our country also entry into the high speed development period, the equipment and the technical level obvious promotion, the production craft and the equipment renew to change generation continuously. The printing and dyeing industry, especially which run by private capital, develop very rapidity. But, it will be able to cause serious pollution to the environment when “the three waste”, especially wastewater, which discharged in the process of production by the printing and dyeing industry, are treated not correctly.
This is an original design about treatment of the printing and dyeing wastewater, whose design capacity is 3000m3/d. After wastewater treated, the leakage water target enforce the GuangDong Local standard of “Water pollutant Discharges Limits”(DB44/26-2001).
For the treating process of wastewater treatment, it calls for considering all directions, such as highly active energy conservation, simple and straightforward, economic benefits and so on. After carrying on the analysis and comparison to different kinds of processing method, I select the method that priority the effluent through the medium of coagulating sedimentation reaction to remove substantive suspended matter and chroma, for into consideration Organic matter degradation solstice vested strength among then ingress contact oxidation pond, transit ample aeration, by aerobe drop wastewater. Repass the Secondary Sedimentation Tanks it is enough to meet the national standards to discharge. After this craft, the CODcr processing efficiency achieves 90.4%. The BOD5 processing efficiency achieves 94.7%, the SS processing efficiency achieves 93.5%, and the chromaticity processing efficiency achieves 90%.
