摘 要
本論文主要闡述了支撐掩護式液壓支架的設計過程。設計內容包括:選架型、總體設計、主要零部件的設計、主要零部件的校核和液壓系統(tǒng)的設計。
ZZ12000/30/50支撐掩護式液壓支架最大工作阻力為12000kN/架,主要基本組成部分有:頂梁,底座,液壓支柱,千斤頂,掩護梁,四連桿機構等。本文介紹了:液壓支架的組成、工作原理、作用和分類;對重要結構件如前梁、頂梁、底座和鉸接銷軸等進行了分析,根據(jù)其常見失效形式、影響因素及基本設計要求,給出了重要結構件的受力分析、強度和剛度的設計方法,并對其進行了受力分析和強度計算。

ABSTRACT
The article mainly elaborated the chock shield type hydraulic support design process .The design content includes:Chooses, the system design, the main spare part design,the main spare part examination and the hydraulic system design.
The largest working resistance 0f Chock shield ZZ12000/30/50 is 12000kN/shelf,chock shield major from some following basically partial compositions: top beam, base, hydraulic legs, prop, shield beam and four linkage mechanisms. The followings are introduced in this paper: components, working principle, functions, and types of the hydraulic support; The design of each structure piece is a point. The important structure, such as ex-beam, top-beam, base, hinged pin axis and so on, are analyzed. According to its failures, affecting factors and basic considerations, the design method of the strength and stiffness of the important structure is introduced. the force analysis and strength calculation are introduced.
