燈座注塑模具設(shè)計(jì)與制造
摘 要
根據(jù)設(shè)計(jì)任務(wù)書(shū)的要求,先了解塑件的用途,分析了塑件的材料、表面質(zhì)量、結(jié)構(gòu)工藝性、確定塑料成型方式及工藝過(guò)程、確定塑件成型工藝參數(shù)、初選注射成型設(shè)備、注射模的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、注射模設(shè)計(jì)的有關(guān)尺寸計(jì)算、注射機(jī)有關(guān)參數(shù)的校核、注射模主要零件加工工藝規(guī)程的編制、尺寸精度等問(wèn)題。然后確定成型模具的種類(lèi),成型設(shè)備的規(guī)格和型號(hào)。并編制塑件的模型成型工藝。本模具采用一模一件,點(diǎn)交澆口進(jìn)料,注射機(jī)選XS–ZY–500型號(hào),設(shè)置冷卻系統(tǒng),該注射模具利用了斜導(dǎo)柱抽芯機(jī)構(gòu)及定模推出機(jī)構(gòu),解決了帶側(cè)向凸起的塑件的脫模問(wèn)題,此模具結(jié)構(gòu)緊湊,推出可靠,安裝操作方便,成型塑件質(zhì)量好,生產(chǎn)效率高,采用Pro/E三維造型,AutoCAD繪制二維總裝圖及零件圖,選擇模具合理的加工方法。在設(shè)計(jì)過(guò)程中系統(tǒng)的運(yùn)用簡(jiǎn)要的文字、簡(jiǎn)明的示意圖和計(jì)算等分析塑件,從而作出合理的模具設(shè)計(jì)。

Abstract
According to the requirements of the design task book, first of all, I understand the use of plastic parts parts use the plastic parts of the material, surface quality, structure, process and to determine the plastic molding methods and processes ,to determine the plastic molding process parameters, the primary injection molding equipment, injectionmold structure design, injection mold design size calculation, the checking of the parameters of the injection machine, injection mold for the main parts the preparation of process planning, dimensional accuracy and so on.Then determine the type of mold, and molding equipment specifications and models,and the preparation of the plastic parts of model molding process.The mold with a mold 2, side gate into the material, injection machine selection XS-ZY-500 type, set the cooling system.The mold has been use the bevel pillar core institutions and scheduled to die introduction of institutions and solved the with laterally protruding plastic parts of the mold release.This mold has a compact structure, reliable launch, easy installation, good quality of castings produced and the high production efficiency,using Pro/ E 3D modeling, AutoCAD drawing two-dimensional assembly diagram and parts diagram, select a reasonable mold processing method. In the design process, I use the brief text systematic, concise schematic and computational analysis of plastic parts, etc., in order to make a reasonable die design.
