液壓系統(tǒng)分為液壓傳動系統(tǒng)和液壓控制系統(tǒng)兩種類型,本文的研究對象是液壓傳動系統(tǒng)。
液壓系統(tǒng)是能實現(xiàn)系統(tǒng)功能的液壓回路的總和。液壓回路又是能實現(xiàn)某種規(guī)定功能的液壓元件的組合。液壓元
件是組成液壓系統(tǒng)的基本單元。主要的液壓元件有液壓泵、執(zhí)行元件(液壓缸、液壓馬達)、液壓控制閥(壓
力控制閥、流量控制閥、方向控制閥等)、液壓輔件(密封圈、濾油器、蓄能器、油箱及其附件、管件、熱交
換器等)。液壓控制閥按照其安裝形式的不同又可分為普通閥、疊加閥、插裝閥。液壓回路是液壓元件組成的
功能單元。液壓回路主要有壓力控制回路、流量(速度)控制回路、方向控制回路、安全回路、定位回路、同
步回路、順序動作回路等。以上分類只是粗略分類,限于篇幅,詳細分類此處不一一 。液壓系統(tǒng)設(shè)計 是

Abstract
Hydraulic system is divided into hydraulic transmission system and the two types
of the hydraulic control system, this paper conducted the research on hydraulic
drive system.
The hydraulic system is the sum of the hydraulic circuit to realize the system
function. Hydraulic circuit and to achieve a certain regulation function of the
combination of hydraulic components. The basic unit of the hydraulic element is
composed of hydraulic system. Main hydraulic components of hydraulic pump and
actuators (hydraulic cylinder, hydraulic motors, hydraulic control valves,
pressure control valve, flow control valve, direction control valves, etc.),
auxiliary hydraulic parts (seal, oil filter, accumulator, oil tank and its
accessories, pipe fittings, heat exchangers, etc.). Hydraulic control valves
according to the different forms of installation and can be divided into
ordinary valves, stacked valves, cartridge valve. The hydraulic circuit is
composed of hydraulic components function unit. Hydraulic circuit mainly include
pressure control loop, direction of flow (speed) control circuit, control
circuit, safety loop, position loop, speed circuits, sequential circuits, etc.
The above classification is just a rough classification, limited to space,
detailed classification differ a list here. Hydraulic system is designed
according to the requirements of the mechanics of the host action cycle, static,
dynamic performance and meet the requirements of the hydraulic system working
environment, analyzed the operation condition of the system, the main parameters
(including the system pressure, flow, hydraulic actuators type and the main
parameters, etc.), choose reasonable hydraulic circuit and hydraulic components,
the final form of the design work is hydraulic system principle diagram and all
kinds of technical documents.
