摘 要
現(xiàn)如今,鎂碳磚在耐火材料中扮演著不可或缺的角色,而耐火材料又在鋼鐵行業(yè)中起著舉足輕重的地位,尤其是鎂碳質(zhì)耐火材料。鋼鐵行業(yè)的快速發(fā)展帶動(dòng)著耐火材料的興起,隨著鋼鐵工業(yè)的不斷發(fā)展,對鎂碳磚性能的要求也越來越高,其中鎂碳磚中碳的氧化嚴(yán)重影響其使用壽命從而制約其發(fā)展。
鎂碳磚是一種優(yōu)質(zhì)的耐火材料,是以氧化鎂和碳為主成分,以方鎂石,石墨為主晶相的耐火材料。具有優(yōu)良的抗堿性渣侵蝕的能力和良好的熱震穩(wěn)定性,廣泛應(yīng)用于轉(zhuǎn)爐、電爐、鋼包及精煉爐等領(lǐng)域。
本設(shè)計(jì)是年產(chǎn)50000噸轉(zhuǎn)爐煉鋼用鎂碳磚MT-14B和MT-18C生產(chǎn)車間設(shè)計(jì),采用電熔鎂砂和石墨為主要原料。設(shè)計(jì)敘述了鎂碳磚的發(fā)展歷史,應(yīng)用,及損毀機(jī)理。并結(jié)合物料平衡計(jì)算、生產(chǎn)設(shè)備的選擇和倉庫等設(shè)施的計(jì)算結(jié)果,以及生產(chǎn)中各環(huán)節(jié)的要求,論述了鎂碳磚生產(chǎn)的工藝?yán)碚摶A(chǔ),詳細(xì)敘述了所設(shè)計(jì)產(chǎn)品的生產(chǎn)工藝流程,并對各工序的設(shè)備選擇和工藝布置進(jìn)行了論證。本設(shè)計(jì)年產(chǎn)量較大,具有設(shè)計(jì)工藝過程流暢,設(shè)備工作狀況良好,在保證質(zhì)量的基礎(chǔ)上為降低成本、合理利用不可再生資源,對生產(chǎn)過程中產(chǎn)生的廢磚坯進(jìn)行回收處理再利用。

Abstract
Nowaday, MgO-C refractory to play an integral role in, and refractory materials and plays a pivotal role in the iron and steel industry, especially the rapid development of carbon refractories magnesium, iron and steel industry, driven by the rise of refractories! With the continuous development of the steel industry, on the MgO-C performance requirements are also increasing, but also seriously affect the oxidation of carbon MgO-C restricting the development of its service life.
MgO-C is a high quality refractories, magnesium oxide, and carbon-based ingredients to periclase, mainly crystalline graphite refractory phase. Has excellent resistance to alkaline slag erosion capability and good thermal shock resistance, widely used converter, electric furnace, ladle refining furnace, and other fields.
This design is to produce 50,000 tons of converter steelmaking MgO-C MT-14B and MT-18C production workshop design, using fused magnesia and graphite as main raw materials. Design describes the history of the development, application, and damage mechanism of Bricks. Combined with the mass balance calculation results and other production equipment selection and warehouse facilities, as well as various aspects of the production requirements, discusses the theoretical basis of MgO-C production process, described in detail the design of the production process, and each step of the process equipment selection and layout were demonstrated. The designed annual output is large, has a smooth design process, the equipment in good working order, on the basis of quality assurance in order to reduce costs, the rational use of non-renewable resources, waste generated during the production of brick recycling and reuse.
