題目:臥式磁性研磨機床(主軸箱設計)
摘 要
本課題對磁性研磨的加工機理和影響磁性研磨的加工因素進行了較為全面和深入的研究。對磁性磨粒各成分在
磁性研磨中所起的作用進行了分析;對磁性磨粒各成分在磨粒中所占比例不同時對表面加工質量所造成的影響
進行了比較。
此外,通過分析研究有關資料,對影響磁性研磨加工的工藝參數。如:加工時間、加工區(qū)域磁感應強度、
工件的回轉速度、工件的軸向振動、加工間隙和工件的材質等進行了較為詳細的研究,為這項新型的光整技術
的地推廣及應用奠定了基礎。最后,在此基礎上又進行了臥式磁性研磨機床主軸箱的設計。

Abstract
This paper presents comprehensive and deep research on the Mechanism of
Magnetic Abrasive Finishing process and factors. And analysis the role of which
the magnetic abrasive grinding components had played on the magnetic; Debris on
the magnetic component of the abrasive share of time on the surface machining
quality caused by the impact of comparisons.
In addition,by analysising the data, the effects of magnetic machining
parameters. Such as : processing time and regional magnetic induction, the
rotating speed of the workpiece, the workpiece axial vibration, clearance and
processing of the workpiece materials are carried out a more detailed study,have
laid a foundation for this new type of optical technology to the whole promotion
and application . Finally, on this basis,I have design the horizontal magnetic
grinder spindle box.
