摘 要
隨著汽車維修行業(yè)的發(fā)展,車輪拆裝機(jī)的需求量也在增加。但我國的拆裝機(jī)和發(fā)達(dá)國家相比還存在著巨大的差距,主要表現(xiàn)為產(chǎn)品可靠性差,壽命短,性能不夠穩(wěn)定,故障多及自動(dòng)化水平低等。本課題設(shè)計(jì)生產(chǎn)的機(jī)器—快速車輪拆裝機(jī)兼拆胎,裝胎一體,拆裝機(jī)轉(zhuǎn)盤的轉(zhuǎn)動(dòng)采用電機(jī)驅(qū)動(dòng),本次設(shè)計(jì)將松胎、卡爪的松緊兩部分的動(dòng)力設(shè)備統(tǒng)一為氣壓機(jī),它對(duì)于其他機(jī)械系統(tǒng)來說具有結(jié)構(gòu)簡單,易制造,容易實(shí)現(xiàn)自鎖以及可以簡單地把充氣功能附加上去等優(yōu)點(diǎn),這對(duì)于改善汽車維修行業(yè)工作條件具有現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。設(shè)計(jì)的內(nèi)容包括:拆裝機(jī)的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)、輪胎拆裝機(jī)控制系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)主要分為四個(gè)部分:第一部分是緒論,第二部分是車輪拆裝機(jī)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展趨勢,第三部分是設(shè)計(jì)方案的擬定,第四部分是設(shè)計(jì)研究的內(nèi)容。最后還包括結(jié)束語、致謝和參考文獻(xiàn)。

Abstract
