摘 要
此次設(shè)計(jì)的振動(dòng)脫水機(jī)是利用直線脫水篩來(lái)對(duì)物料進(jìn)行脫水的,主要構(gòu)成部分包括箱體,底座,激振器,彈性支撐,篩網(wǎng),電動(dòng)機(jī)等,完成了振動(dòng)脫水機(jī)的整體方案設(shè)計(jì),并通過(guò)動(dòng)力參數(shù)計(jì)算確定了零件的大小尺寸,完成了工程圖的繪制,并通過(guò)三維建模軟件Solidworks對(duì)機(jī)器進(jìn)行建模并虛擬裝配。機(jī)器采用兩個(gè)反響旋轉(zhuǎn)的慣性激振器作為激振源,激振力與水平方向的夾角為45°,即機(jī)體的振動(dòng)方向角為45°,通過(guò)物料往復(fù)運(yùn)動(dòng)過(guò)程中與篩面的撞擊完成脫水,篩箱由兩部分組成,篩面上面的部分用于承載物料,下面的部分用于排水,上層已脫水物料通過(guò)出料口送出,被篩出的水分通過(guò)排水管送出。整個(gè)箱體結(jié)構(gòu)由熱軋鋼板,角鋼以及無(wú)縫鋼管焊接而成,篩面在脫水過(guò)程中易出現(xiàn)阻塞現(xiàn)象,需要定期更換。底座部分用于箱體的固定,采用熱軋角鋼,槽鋼焊接而成。彈性支撐部分的彈簧使整個(gè)系統(tǒng)區(qū)別于無(wú)阻尼系統(tǒng),有著非常重要的作用,通過(guò)合理的計(jì)算與設(shè)計(jì),選取合適的彈簧可以提高脫水的效率。
這種振動(dòng)脫水機(jī)具有性能可靠、結(jié)構(gòu)簡(jiǎn)單、能耗少、噪音低、振型穩(wěn)定、壽命長(zhǎng)等優(yōu)點(diǎn);從使用、制造、維修等方面都體現(xiàn)出經(jīng)濟(jì)實(shí)用性。

ABSTRACT
The design of the vibration of the machine is using linear sieve dehydration to dehydrate the materials, Main components including body, base, vibrator, elastic support, screen, motor, etc.,I completed the vibration dryer overall scheme design, And through the dynamic parameters, calculate to determine the size of the parts size, completed the project figure drawing, and through the three dimensional modeling software Solidworks modeling and virtual assembly on the machine. Machine adopts two resonance rotational inertia vibrator as excitation source, Exciting force and the horizontal Angle of 45 °, namely the body of the vibrating direction Angle is 45 °, through the material in the process of the reciprocating motion with the impact of screen complete dehydration, screen box is composed of two parts, the screen surface parts used in bearing material, the following sections for drainage, the upper has been dehydrated material sent through the discharging port, be screen out of the water through a drain. The whole body structure by the hot rolled steel plate, Angle steel and seamless steel tube welding to form, sieving liable to occur in the dehydration process blocking phenomenon, need to be replaced regularly. Fixed base part for enclosure, usinghot rolling Angle steel,channel steelwelded together. Elastic support part of the spring different from system without damping, it's a very important role for the whole system, through the reasonable calculation and design, select the appropriate spring can improve the efficiency of dehydration.This kind of vibrating dewatering machine is provided with reliable performance, simple structure, less energy consumption, low noise, stable vibration mode, the advantages of long service life; From the use, manufacture, maintenance reflects in such aspects as economic practicality.
