摘 要
如今，工業(yè)化的發(fā)展速度越來越快，各個國家對于金屬的要求量也日益上升。但是由于對金屬資源的過度開采和對現(xiàn)有金屬的使用、保存的不合理，導致自然金屬資源的匱乏。這不禁引起人們的擔憂，同樣也為對廢金屬的合理回收、使用、冶煉提出了新的課題。本文為液壓金屬打包機的設(shè)計，致力于廢金屬的回收和再利用，提出依靠液壓來對廢金屬進行打包處理，使之成為具有相當規(guī)格尺寸的包塊，來方便對廢金屬進行回收、運輸、回爐再造，以重新投入到生產(chǎn)。這樣提高了廢金屬的利用率，也在一定程度上緩解了對金屬資源的需求。

ABSTRACT
Nowadays, with the rapid development of industrialization, the demand for metals in every country is on the rise correspondingly. However, it is due to the excessive exploration of metal resources and the unreasonable use and preservation of the existed metals, the natural metal resources in the world suffer from deficiency. The situation upsets the human beings. Meanwhile, it puts forward a new topic for people to discuss the recycling, use and smelting of wasted metals. This paper is the design of the hydraulic baler for metal. It is aimed at the recycling and reuse of wasted metals. When baling, the baler which is controlled by the hydraulic system compresses the metal into bales. These bales are of the same size and are very convenient in recycling transportation and further use. In this way, wasted metals could be fully used and transformed into new ones. Thus, it could alleviate the urge demand for metal resources to some extent.
