摘要從塑料材料的性能分析,根據(jù)塑件的基本形狀和尺寸入手,合理選擇注射的成型方法。通過對(duì)塑件工藝性的分析和對(duì)模具生產(chǎn)條件及制造水平的掌握,制定出成形工藝卡。在制定出成形工藝卡以后,開始進(jìn)行模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)。其中模具的結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì)過程包括:型腔的數(shù)目和位置的確定,模具的總體結(jié)構(gòu)形式設(shè)計(jì),動(dòng)模及定模成形零件尺寸的確定,澆注系統(tǒng)形式及尺寸的確定,脫模方式的確定,調(diào)溫及排氣系統(tǒng)的確定,模架的選擇待以上各步湊完成以后,便開始繪制模具的結(jié)構(gòu)草圖,根據(jù)具體尺寸校核注射模具及注射機(jī)的有關(guān)尺寸,并對(duì)工藝參數(shù)進(jìn)行核定和計(jì)算。之后進(jìn)行初步的審查對(duì)所存在的問題進(jìn)行確定和修正,然后繪制模具總裝配圖,按裝配圖繪制成型零件及所有需要加工的零件工作圖,同時(shí)考慮零件的加工工藝。關(guān)鍵字:成型工藝,結(jié)構(gòu)設(shè)計(jì),試模。AbstractFrom the plastic material performance analysis, according to models a basic shape and the size obtain, reasonably selects the injection to take shape the method.
