I摘 要機械旋耕滅茬技術(shù)是對傳統(tǒng)的耕作技術(shù)——機械翻、耙、壓耕作模式的重大改革。它是利用旋耕機、滅茬機、聯(lián)合整地機與其配套的拖拉機所進行的一次性耕地作業(yè)技術(shù)。現(xiàn)在對于地上秸稈的還田技術(shù)已經(jīng)趨于成熟。但對于根茬,尤其是對玉米根茬的處理。依然是困擾廣大農(nóng)民的一大難題。旋耕滅茬機總體及側(cè)邊傳動裝置設(shè)計,來源于生產(chǎn)實際。本設(shè)計主要是在普通臥式旋耕機的基礎(chǔ)上改進設(shè)計,使之既能旋耕又能滅薦,以實現(xiàn)一機多用。設(shè)計的主要內(nèi)容為:總體方案從確定、滅茬狀態(tài)總裝配圖,設(shè)計側(cè)邊或中間齒輪傳動裝置及刀輥軸。通過改進設(shè)計,增加刀輥軸的轉(zhuǎn)速和轉(zhuǎn)向。在工作時,通過適當?shù)牟鹦逗透难b,就可實現(xiàn)不同功能的作業(yè),以達到一機多能的目的。旋耕滅茬積及總體側(cè)邊轉(zhuǎn)動裝置的設(shè)計解決了現(xiàn)有旋耕機只能旋耕不能滅茬而滅茬機又只能滅茬不能旋耕的問題。關(guān)鍵詞:滅茬機;旋耕機;側(cè)邊傳動裝置;刀輥軸;壓耕IIABSTRACTRotary Tillage Stubble Cleaner .The traditional farming, machinery, farming, the double major reform mode.
