電動扳手設(shè)計[摘要] 在大型鋼結(jié)構(gòu)建筑中,廣泛使用高強度螺栓鏈接。這種螺栓連接,在施工中要求用規(guī)定的擰緊力矩鎖緊螺母,以保證鏈接的可靠性。由于高強度螺栓的材料和熱處理是嚴格控制和檢查的,因此螺栓定力矩切口處的扭剪斷裂力矩能夠控制在一個比較準確的范圍,從而能保證螺栓連接的可靠性。當擰緊力矩過大時,不能保證螺栓的強度;當擰緊力矩過小時,又不能保證連接的可靠性。因此這種螺栓連接,在施工中要求用規(guī)定的擰緊力矩鎖緊螺母,以保證鏈接的可靠性。另外,高強度螺栓往往成批使用,并且工作的環(huán)境也比較堅苦,如果是用普通扳手進行定力矩擰緊,工人擰緊螺母的過程中會有很多不便,工作效率也會很低。綜合以上三點原因,在擰緊高強度螺栓時,我們采用電動扳手代替手從扳手進行擰緊。電動扳手以220V交流電源為動力進行工作,可以保證每個螺栓的擰緊力都在規(guī)定的范圍內(nèi),同時,采用電動扳手代替手動扳手可以大大提高螺栓擰緊的速度,提高工人的工作效率,改善工人的勞動強度[關(guān)鍵詞] 電 動 扳 手 諧 波 傳 動 柔 輪 Electric Wrench Design[Abstract] In large steel structures, widely used in high strength bolts links.
