摘 要
本次畢業(yè)設(shè)計(jì)題目是數(shù)控機(jī)床的自動(dòng)排屑裝置設(shè)計(jì)。本人致力于整機(jī)機(jī)械系統(tǒng)的設(shè)計(jì),即包括電動(dòng)機(jī)的選擇,帶傳動(dòng)設(shè)計(jì),減速器的設(shè)計(jì),鏈傳動(dòng)的設(shè)計(jì),排屑裝置外形的設(shè)計(jì)。設(shè)計(jì)思路是從排屑機(jī)的性能和動(dòng)作要求入手,并以國(guó)內(nèi)的質(zhì)量和技術(shù)性能接近設(shè)計(jì)要求的排屑機(jī)為基礎(chǔ),研究國(guó)外的先進(jìn)機(jī)型,設(shè)計(jì)出市場(chǎng)需求的以經(jīng)濟(jì)為第一設(shè)計(jì)原則的適用于數(shù)控機(jī)床的排屑裝置。圖紙采用Auto CAD 繪制。經(jīng)過(guò)認(rèn)真地設(shè)計(jì)計(jì)算,查找資料撰寫(xiě)設(shè)計(jì)論文。
本文的排屑裝置,它是針對(duì)市場(chǎng)的需要而設(shè)計(jì)的,從而能有效地滿(mǎn)足當(dāng)今市場(chǎng)上對(duì)排屑裝置的需求,它具有如下的優(yōu)點(diǎn):傳動(dòng)平穩(wěn),傳動(dòng)效率搞,生產(chǎn)效率高,勞動(dòng)強(qiáng)度低,產(chǎn)品質(zhì)量好,經(jīng)濟(jì)性好,人性化等優(yōu)點(diǎn)。
