Sentence structure It is/was+被強調部分 （人 主語） +who/that （人 賓語）+ whom/that + the rest part of the sentence （其他）+that 要強調句子的某一部分(通常是主語常是主語\ 狀語\ 賓語), 可以把it 當作先行詞.例如： It was in 1975 that I worked in a factory.（強調時間狀語） It was in Shanghai that I saw the film. （強調地點狀語） It is English that Prof. Lin teaches us. （強調賓語） It is Prof. Lin who teaches us English. （強調主語） It was not until at least 30 seconds had passed that the man was able to speak. (強調not until 句型) Step 2: Correct the statements Example: It was a bag that Oliver was holding. (books) No, it was books that he was holding. 1. It was a man who said, “Go home, your monster.” (woman) No, it was the woman who said “Go home, your monster.” 2. It was early that this happened. (late) No, it was late that this happened. 3.
